Most of the time, the problem is related to a closed (logical) port in your router, a misconfiguration i n the network, or the lack of enough bandwidth. Sometimes the problem is also related to ACC Server will send video to ACC Client over UDP and in some cases this protocol may be blocked. Go to ACC Client settings and change the Site connection type from LAN to WAN. This will force ACC Server to stream over TCP and you should be able to watch your live stream without issues.
